The Social Committee is planning an HOA sponsored Garage Sale.  Do you have items sitting in your garage or closets just waiting to find a new home? If so, please join us in the Montreaux Garage Sale on Saturday, June 21st, 2035 from 9am - 1pm. The garage sale will be posted on Next Door and Craigslist. Montreaux Residents, The HOA Board will hold a Work Shop meeting with the Finance and Fence Committees on Wednesday June 25th, 1pm at the Lutheran Church. First Evangelical Lutheran Church 2015 E Blackburn Rd, Mount Vernon No decisions will be made by the Board. All residents are invited to attend.
