One of our homeowners has reserved the Gazebo area for a family picnic on Monday June 17th in the afternoon. This event is NOT open to the homeowners.

At their May 15 meeting, members of the board decided to add a special meeting focused on Montreaux’s fences. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19 at 1:00 p.m. We were unable to book the public room at the Police Department, so it will be held at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church at 2015 Blackburn Road in Mount Vernon. All homeowners are invited to attend. We will probably need some assistance in setting up chairs and folding them up afterwards.
