The Social Committee is planning an HOA sponsored Garage Sale.  Do you have items sitting in your garage or closets just waiting to find a new home? If so, please join us in the Montreaux Garage Sale on Saturday, June 21st, 2035 from 9am - 1pm. The garage sale will be posted on Next Door and Craigslist. Montreaux Residents, The HOA Board will hold a Work Shop meeting with the Finance and Fence Committees on Wednesday June 25th, 1pm at the Lutheran Church. First Evangelical Lutheran Church 2015 E Blackburn Rd, Mount Vernon No decisions will be made by the Board. All residents are invited to attend.

Friday Night in the Park – Wine Tasting, July 11th Bring your favorite wine, or beverage of your choice, for another social evening in our main Park

July 16 board meeting. It will be held at the First Lutheran Church, 2015 E Blackburn Rd. The doors will be open at 12:45 and the meeting will begin at 1:00 PM.

10 th Annual Summer BBQ, July 26th Our BBQ is a popular summer event. There’ll be brats and hot dogs provided, with lots of delicious sides and desserts from neighbors.

The Gazebo and Annex are reserved on this date for Judy Whitman. This is a private event and not open to all residents
